Some curious colours can appear in the flames I’ve found… Inspired, I took to shaping this sweet, sweet, hot pink potation. Glorious strawberry, passion fruit and pineapple, a citrusy lemon zing and the delicate touch of English rose water.
Who said pink’s for girls, eh?
Ingredients

Vanilla vodka

Passion fruit liqueur

Rose water

Citric acid
140ml, 10.2% ABV, 1.5 UK units. Please drink responsibly.

Add half a passion fruit for a real splash!

Perfect Preparation
Chill for a good while. When nice and cold, firmly shake the bottle for 10 seconds to wake the drink then crack the top and pour half into a coupe glass.
Shake the remainder well for 20 seconds more – put your back into it! Pour the rest then step back and revel in the beauty… It should have a light foam on top. You could finish it with half a passion fruit and a shot of Pink Prosecco on the side.
Got the Tools for a Perfect Serve?
Go hammer and tongs with a shaker and strainer! Pour the full bottle into a shaker, add a handful of ice cubes, shake with vigour for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with half a passion fruit. And don’t forget the Pink Prosecco. What a pro!
