Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy cocktails?No. You can use PayPal's Guest checkout to pay using your payment card without the need for a PayPal account.

How long will my cocktails last?All of our drinks are heat pasteurised so they retain their delicious fresh-from-the-forge flavour. We do however recommend that for the very best flavour they are consumed within 1 month of purchase.

How should I store my cocktails?We would recommend they are stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight and are refrigerated before serving.

How do I get the best result?We’ll provide you with a handy serving guide postcard in your delivery so for best results we recommend you follow the directions on this. We think they taste best chilled so make sure they are really cold before pouring – (and when told to ‘shake the bottle’, put your back into it!). We’ve also included detailed instructions on our drinks pages.

Do I need specialist bar equipment?No! Leave the work to us. Our cocktails have been specially crafted to offer maximum pour results with minimal efforts. Just a glass and a chiller is all that’s needed – any shaking will work just marvelously in the bottle. We wouldn’t however wish to hamper the skills of a budding smith, so for those drinks that mention it, if you do have access to a shaker and strainer go hammer and tongs for that extra special, professionally poured result.

Do I need ice?Ice isn’t essential however certain drinks have been designed to be poured over plenty of it. Our Blackberry & Chilli Margarita for example is best served this way – lots of ice to balance the spice!

Are there any allergens I should be aware of?Our cocktails may contain sulphates. They are bottled in a building where nuts are present so therefore we advise that they may contain traces of nuts. What are my options for delivery?All orders include free delivery! If you place your order by 1pm, they will take between 2-3 working days to arrive. First class delivery – You can upgrade your delivery to 1st class, the cost for which will be shown at checkout. Please be aware that for 1st class delivery your order must be placed before 1pm Monday – Friday. Orders for 1st class delivery placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday (with the possible exemption of busy periods). Although every effort is made to ensure your cocktails get to you on time, during periods of high post volumes such as the festive period for example, sadly this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, we would advise that if you’d like your cocktails for the weekend that you order before 1pm on the Tuesday prior. If your item is over 48 hours late, please email hello@smithscocktails.co.uk quoting your name and order number.

Do you ship internationally?Sorry, we don’t yet deliver outside mainland UK.

Can I buy/send them as a gift?Absolutely – and a marvellous gift they’d make too! Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at the PayPal checkout and we’ll get them in the post asap.

How can I report a problem with my order?We pride ourselves on meticulous crafting, however should your drinks arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@smithscocktails.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue.
