Delivery Information

 

​Good news, all orders include free delivery!*

 

If you place your order by 1pm, they will take 2-3 working days to arrive.

 

First Class Delivery

We also offer 1st class delivery. You can upgrade your delivery to 1st class, the cost for which will be shown at checkout (£4 for boxes of 4 & 6, £7 for boxes of 12 & 16). Please be aware that for 1st class delivery (1 working day), your order must be placed before 1pm Monday–Friday. Orders for 1st class delivery placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday so should arrive on Tuesday.

 

Delivery Disclaimer

Although every effort is made to ensure your cocktails get to you on time, during periods of high post volumes, such as the festive period for example, sadly this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, to avoid any disappointment, we would advise that if you’d like your cocktails for the weekend that you order before 1pm on the Tuesday prior.

 

Late Deliveries

If your item is over 48 hours late, please email hello@smithscocktails.co.uk, quoting your name and order number.

​Gift Deliveries

 

Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at the PayPal checkout and we’ll get the gift in the post asap. You can also add a personalised gift message when you add the product to your basket.

​Returns

 

We pride ourselves on meticulous crafting, however, should your drinks arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@smithscocktails.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue. You can return them for an exchange or refund:
